Our History.

In early 2025, Plexus Capital invested in two family-owned and operated companies, AEG Petroleum and Grade A Petroleum and combined the two to form ACE Solutions. In both transactions, Plexus partnered closely with the owners to accelerate growth, grounded in a shared vision to deliver a best-in-class service to their customers.

As we grow through partnership, we look to support the strong foundations already built by leveraging our nationwide scale, key vendor relationships and growth-minded leadership team. We strive to be the single-source partner for our customers, ensuring all petroleum products are in stock and delivered on time, with superior customer service.
